ASBO breaker who lived in shed, given Community order

A TEENAGER who breached an ASBO three times has been spared jail, he will instead have to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work.

For the defence, his brief explained he had a troubled childhood and went out of control at an early age. At one stage he was banished from the family home and lived in the garden shed.
