'Shots fired' in incident over Fence

Dyfed-Powys Police have said there is an ongoing incident near the village of Llangeitho, near Tregaron, Ceredigion, Wales

Witnesses said they heard what they thought were shots being fired. There are also reports of cars being set on fire.

Trouble reportedly broke out after council officials arrived at a house at 1100 GMT to remove a wooden fence.

It has been reported that they built a heavy wooden fence near to the road about which there had been objections.
